Privacy Policy

This policy explains, with no fine print, what data we collect, why, and what control you have over it. At this stage we ask for the minimum: your email, and only if you want us to notify you.

Last updated: June 25, 2026.

Who is responsible

The PM Architect is a brand operated by […]. The data controller is […] ([…]), Chilean tax ID (RUT) […], whose business is advisory, consulting, training and software development.

Address: […].

For any question about your data, write to us at […].

Which law applies

[…] is a Chilean company, so the processing is governed by Chile's personal data protection law.

In addition, since we collect emails from people who may be in Europe, when we process data of people in the European Economic Area we also apply the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In practice this means the same on what matters: we ask for your consent, collect the minimum, tell you what it's for, and let you exercise your rights easily.

What data we collect

Only your email address. We don't ask for your name, phone or anything else. We apply data minimization: if it isn't essential, we don't ask for it.

When you sign up, we also store proof of your consent: the exact text you accepted, its version, and the date and time you gave it.

What we use it for

For one purpose only: to email you when the books (and later the rest of the platform) are available, and to send you the related newsletter.

We don't use your email for anything else, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

We process your email on the basis of your consent, which you give actively by ticking the box on the form. It is freely given, specific and informed, and you can withdraw it anytime without any disadvantage.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you want to stay on the list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it from our active records within a reasonable time.

Which processors handle it

Right now, emails are captured with Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.), acting as a processor to store the form submissions.

When we turn on email sending, we'll use an email marketing provider (MailerLite or ConvertKit). We'll update this policy to name it before we send you anything.

Your rights

At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure (deletion), objection, restriction and data portability.

Every email we send will include a one-click unsubscribe link. For any other request, write to […] and we'll handle it.

If you believe we mishandle your data, you have the right to complain to your relevant data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If anything relevant changes (for example, the sending provider), we'll update this page and its date. Important changes will be communicated clearly.
